Our core Counter Foreign Interference (CFI) services, tailored to your needs, include the following:

  • Organisation Vulnerability Assessment. A holistic assessment of your organisation to identify and address where your organisation and workforce are inherently vulnerable to Foreign Interference (FI) and other advanced threats. Our CFI specialists baseline your FI risk level, prior to conducting a FI-focused gap analysis, before producing a comprehensive report to coherently convey those risks. We then work with you through a series of recommendations and mitigations; helping you increase your resilience to foreign interference in the most effective and cost-efficient way.

  • Supply Chain Assessment. A discrete and confidential assessment of your organisation’s complete supply chain; to highlight sophisticated non-conventional vulnerabilities, and possible vectors for Foreign Interference emanating from your third-party partners and suppliers. We will also review your current supply chain policy and help you uplift it to enhance its resilience against advanced security threats.

  • Uplift. A partnered service tailored to enhance your business’ resilience to Foreign Interference. This can span CFI-specific briefings and training, bespoke assessments on key issues or areas of concern and other professional services as required.

Apex Sentinel can provide specialist cybersecurity services and technology through a suite of assessment, uplift, monitoring, testing, and advisory solutions. We apply a risk-based approach to cybersecurity to ensure recommendations are tailored to your organisation and prioritised to maximise risk reduction and value for money. Our processes are aligned to satisfy Australia’s Defence Industry Security Program information management and cybersecurity requirements.

Our core Cybersecurity services, tailored to your needs, include the following:

  • Gap analysis. Apex Sentinel will work with you to set appropriate cyber maturity targets based on your organisational requirements. We will then assess your current security and develop a cyber strategy and uplift plan to help you reach these targets in the most effective and cost-efficient way.​

  • Ongoing support: At the same time, we implement monitoring and response solutions to identify and respond to vulnerabilities and threats as they present, ensuring you are protected throughout the uplift process and beyond.​

  • US DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC): We have years of practical experience using the US DoD’s CMMC, and leverage established partnerships with US accrediting authorities to help organisations get certified and meet US DoD procurement requirements.

Apex Sentinel, through an experienced alliance partner who specializes in DISP, supports industry to uplift their approach to security to the standards required in the contemporary environment; assisting your organisation navigate the requirements of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) Accreditation.

Our core DISP uplift services, tailored to your needs, include the following:

  • Gap analysis. We look at the entirety of your enterprise (ICT, facilities, personnel and governance) and make recommendations of actions required to meet your desired DISP membership standard.

  • DISP accreditation support. We produce all forms, security policies, instructions, registers and security risk registers required by the Department of Defence for application and ongoing DISP membership. We can assist in the rectification of deficiencies in the prior gap analysis.

  • Security Clearance up to NV2 sponsorship. We will work with partners to sponsor security clearances up to NV2 for key members within your organisation. This can be progressed throughout the DISP uplift process; including prior to DISP accreditation.

  • DISP governance and ongoing support. Support services to assist you in ensuring your DISP governance requirements are met. Available services include Chief Security Officer mentoring, security incident and risk management support, DISB and internal audit support – and much more.
